This image appears to me to be evocative of the feelings of people with mental health issues, of which I am one. To see reality fracturing and have the pieces bathed in the intense, unceasing thundershower of anxiety and frustration caps off the picture's silent testament to the chaotic storm that brews within us. It's rarely easy to describe to others the internal upheaval we experience and to see works like these, that can be interpreted in so many ways, helps put an image to the feelings and helps us remind ourselves that we're not alone and that others understand. To say much more would belabor this simple point, so here my critique rests.
